Chris Smith Developments Limited started business in 1983 and now brings over 20 years experience to its many and varied projects. We employ only fully skilled craftsmen and have developed highly specialised expertise in providing quality and service to our clients. We pride ourselves on delivering cost effective service excellence as a norm not an exception.

Over the years we have completed many projects and have established a strong working relationship with many clients including a large number of local government departments. We have been pleased to undertake many school refurbishment contracts and have provided scheduled and emergency maintenance to many local authority buildings. In addition, Chris Smith Developments Limited has been awarded a number of projects involving the refurbishment of housing association schemes.

Other developments include new builds, home extensions and barn conversions. We are fully compliant with Health and Safety Regulations and operate in a professional and environmentally aware manner.
